I honestly think Viduka has to go and Arnold's appointment as a coach should be reviewed. Dukes had a decent word cup but since then he has done nothing. Of late he has been as good to Aus as Nate Myles has been to the Rooster's. In the English Premier League he is hot and cold and has been called lazy and for Austrlia during the asian cup he has been embarrassing. He looks as though he doesn't even try or care. Bring in young blood so that we have hope for the next world cup.Arnold should also be sacked for putting that Kisabono guy as a centre defender, leaving Aloisi on the bench and taking so long to put Cahil on. Arnold should stick to teaching NRL players how to goal kick and we should probably bring another bloody import like Gus to take over the coaching responsibility. Over the years our soccer team has been the nation's biggest dissapointment. That all changed during the last world cup where every man and his dog supported the boys. If Soccer Australia want this support to continue then we can't afford to watch a star studded team lose to no name asian countries. Its not on.

agreed in part. viduka still has value when australia play with the lone striker up front as he is strong and provides great delivery to the wingman. However losing to these miserable asians who would be better suited to working in takeaway shops or laundromats is not on. These scabby mutants of humans do not deserve to play world sport and should stick to their slum world cooking dim sims and fried dog. fuck off cunts and stop diving

Our next game is against the hapless Japs who will be looking for redemption after their WC fiasco in 06. The game starts at 830 I believe Saturday night, so should be on the big screen at the pub after the bus you would think. Big night of sport (Bledisloe, Asian Cup, Battle for the Spoon at 530 Penriff v Saints)

Saints should be a certainty on sat. They played like the Lower Mountains under 12's on Sunday whilst the Panthers played decent footy. Logic therefore suggests that the Dragons will win by 20

btw, GOT Jungle you are very correct you need a world class manager if you want a world class team so go get Advocaat (you cant go wrong with a Dutch manager). There are no world class Australian managers which is sad but true until they, like the players, start going overseas for experience.
And Roscoe you're right Saturday is shaping up as one of the most MASSIVE sports nights in memory, so MASSIVE it could even be comparable to Doddsy
