Euthanasia????

Is there any stupider man in world sport currently? After the debacle that was not only the cricket world cup, and not only the 'shock' first round exit of sub continental 'superpowers' India and Pakistan, but the absolutely diabolical death of monumental suspicion of former Pakistani coach Bob Woolmer, comes something even more ridiculous.

Tenders have officially gone out for the replacement coaching job of this farcical nation's cricket side, and instead of the predicted zero candidates coming in for the job, especially from anywhere outside of Pakistan, I learn on the radio this morning that well respected and cricketing genius Mr Geoffrey 'Henry' Lawson has applied for this seemingly unwanted position in world sport. Now anyone in their right mind would avoid this country like the plague let alone being left in charge of a bunch of maniac terrorist wannabe's who couldn't make the grade in Osama's army so as compensation they are left to play cricket for Pakistan. You'd think if an Australian put up his hand to coach this mob it might be David Hicks or that grub Mamdouh Habib, but a former Australian white test cricketer succeeding as a current commentator and optometrist in sleepy Wagga Wagga??? What the fuck??!!

Can someone please save Henry from taking up this position? He's obviously not in a good frame of mind, or has had an absolute bender and is still boozed out of his mind subsequently days later, because this definately won't be a decision that bodes well for his long term future, or short term for that fact when this lot lose their first game under his guidance. Unless of course he grows a beard and starts preaching Islam like Mundine the goose, then he might have a slim chance of seeing Christmas
